Shipping Charges
You will see the shipping charge that is determined automatically before checkout when ordering online.

When will my order be shipped?
Usually all orders received before 12:00 PM, are shipped on the same day, all orders placed after will be shipped the next business day. Orders placed over the weekend or on a holiday will be shipped the following business day. International orders will be shipped as soon as the orders are confirmed.

How to Ship to AK, HI and PR
Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico orders will be shipped via 2nd Day Air. Hawaii shipments may take an extra day due to time changes and Puerto Rico orders may be delayed 1 day due to customs. The shipping costs and methods for all international orders will be determined after the orders are placed completely.

You can click on the "UPS Worldwide Delivery Times" link to see how fast your orders will get to you. Use "El Cajon" for city and "92020" for postal code as ORIGIN and select your location. click here to go to UPS

Can I have my order rushed to me?
Yes. Rush orders must be entered by phone, in order to ensure we best meet your needs. Please contact MJ Medical, Inc. at 619.729.4355

Can I ship items to more than one address when placing my order online?
We are happy to ship items to more than one address, but currently orders shipped to different locations must be placed separately. Shipping cost for each order will be applied and individual payments will be required.

Sales Tax
Orders shipped to the following states are charged sales tax on merchandise, shipping, and handling. 

* Orders shipped to California, Washington, and Florida will be charged a tax rate based on the destination.
